Workers Doing Nothing at Old Mill Road Bridge Replacement Construction

Look carefully at this picture of the Old Mill Road bridge reconstruction project in Ephrata PA. (I believe it was taken midweek last week.) There are, at minimum, seven construction workers doing absolutely nothing. Well, if you include standing and chatting, then I guess they are doing something. Old Mill Road Bridge Construction Halted For Good Weather

This afternoon, construction on the new Old Mill Road Bridge in Ephrata was halted for good weather. While visiting the nearby Library, I noticed that there were no workers from McMinn’s Asphalt working on the bridge.
