Tower Bancorp’s decision to close its American Home Bank will cost 112 workers here their jobs, the state disclosed Thursday. Harrisburg-based Tower said Wednesday that it will shut most of AHB by March 31 and all of it by June 30 after efforts to sell it failed. But a Tower spokeswoman did not respond to questions about the number of workers at AHB’s Mountville headquarters.
