Another day, no work on the Old Mill Road bridge

The above picture was taken last Friday afternoon, November 6, around 1:00pm. It’s another beautiful sunny Fall day in wonderful Lancaster County. You would expect this would be a good day for any outdoor enterprise, including work on the Old Mill Road bridge replacement project. But that would also make too much sense. There’s not a worker to be found in this picture. When do these guys ever work? When they are here, do they work? Who’s running this project anyway? Your tax dollars are being squandered by PennDot.
