We don't work on sunny days.

We don't work on sunny days.

This afternoon, construction on the new Old Mill Road Bridge in Ephrata was halted for good weather.

While visiting the nearby Library, I noticed that there were no workers from McMinn’s Asphalt working on the bridge. I snapped the above picture to document the simple fact that these overpaid assholes are not getting the job done. There’s good reason why its going to take a least a year to the replace the bridge: when there’s a nice sunny day, the workers take the day off. Your tax dollars are hard at work again.
